This componant of XA focuses on biomechanics of running, jumping & turning. Fluidity, mobility, rhythm & grace are key objectives. As a soccer player the need to master lateral and backwards movement are critical. This is a lower load athletic training module.​

The 2006 MLS NEXT Sockers academy boys in this video practiced 3 days a week, 3-hours+ a day, at WABA during COVID. They were undefeated in league play for two years straight.

With over 50 balancing devises BB supercharges 1 & 2-foot balance skills with an deep emphasis on propreception, vestibular & visual system training. Precision foot control & placement with balance are the base of successful shooting, passing, attacking & receiving.​
