WABA's Youth Leadership Program is an elite invite group of serious athletes desiring to acquire all the needed elements to achieve D1 or professional footballer status. LePro emphasizes holistic growth & development in all 8 of WABA's player development model factors. The following components dovetail into a comprehensive program that not only elevates technical skills & elite athleticism but truly transforms an individual's confidence, maturity, independence, character & leadership skills.
