WABA's flexible scheduling is a fabulous benefit for a family on the go. Each age/skill group can choose sessions on different times and days each week. Schedule months in advance with WABA’s online scheduler or book last minute when club practice or outside activities are cancelled or changed. At WABA your custom schedule can have different training days & varying number of visits each day/week. WABA makes complicated family schedules easier.
HOLISTIC PRACTICE PLANS
WABA's practice plan's were created to develop D1 & Pro sessions & habits. These 90-120 minute holistic plans start with activities that prepare an athlete's mind & body for a fun & intense development. Once prepped, the player engages in a 60-90 minute technical, physical & integrated small sided game based sessio. Sessions conclude with mind & body flextime activities. These include: Balancing, juggling, & cognitive games plus recovery exercises like myofascial release, diaphragmatic breathing with visualization, stretching, healthy recovery drink & snack.
