Flexible Weekly Schedule

WABA's flexible scheduling is a fabulous benefit for a family on the go. Each age/skill group can choose from 8 different times to train each week for 1, 2 or 3 modules long. Schedule months in advance with WABA’s mobile app or book last minute when club practice or outside activities are cancelled or changed. At WABA your custom schedule can have different training days & varying number of visits each week. WABA makes complicated family schedules easier.

Holistic Practice Plan

 

WABA's most popular practice plan is a full 120-minute session designed for the committed elite athlete. This 2-hour holistic plan starts with activities that prepare gear, mind & body for a fun & intense workout. Once prepped, the player engages in a 45-minute technical/challenge module then competes in a 45-minute contest/game module. The session concludes with mind & body recovery focused activities including: myofascial release, diaphragmatic breathing with visualization, then ending with a healthy recovery drink & snack
